FEES & ASSISTANCE

 

In order to cover the costs of educating our students, parental contributions to the tuition is necessary. However, the Colleges try to keep fees at a minimum and give family discounts.

 

Assistance for Families:

The School gives bursaries to families who would benefit from the educational and formation offered by the school; these bursaries cover some or all of the tuition costs.

If a family is experiencing financial difficulties, please contact the school to make an appointment with the Financial Manager about full or partly sponsored places. These talks will be held in the strictest confidence. No child is ever refused enrolment because of financial reasons.

On offer for 2018


Bishop Dwyer Bursary  - in honour of the Centenary of the Diocese of Wagga Wagga

 

Recipient: New students enrolling in Years 7 – 11 for 2018.

Details: Up to 50% discount on tuition fees for the year.

Conditions: The student shows promise of contributing positively to the Catholic culture of the school. One ‘Bishop Bursary’ per family.

Apply: Application is made during the interview. Priority is given to families with an active participation in living the Catholic Faith, and who are in need of financial assistance.

All information is kept strictly confidential.

 

Enrolment:

With the offer of enrolment for new families, an enrolment fee of $250.00 will be required to confirm enrolment. This will be credited towards the first term’s fees. Payment of the enrolment fee will guarantee a place at the College.

Family Discounts:

After the first child, the second sibling receives 10% discount on tuition fees, 3rd receives 20%, 4th 30% and so on. The 6th child and more are not charged tuition fees.

 

Payment of Fees

  • We ask families to please pay fees promptly each term.

  • Fees are charged by term. Parents who would prefer to pay weekly/monthly may consult the Financial Manager about such arrangements.

  • Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, Visa/Mastercard or direct debit.

  • Fees paid for a full year or more in advance attract a 2% discount. If a student attending the College on advance payment of fees is subsequently withdrawn from the College, the College will refund the unused portion of fees, less a 10% administration fee.
